Val Herbert is a dedicated yoga teacher with extensive training, holding a YTI DIP 500hr certification. With a passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga, Val has been teaching since 2014. As a tutor on the YTI foundation course and course facilitator for YTI Yoga for sports, Val brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her teachings. Her diverse class offerings include Hatha, Flow, Remedial, pregnancy, kids, teens, and specialized sessions for sport teams, catering to the unique needs of each group.
