    Yoga Classes

    When our body or mind has been subjected to illness, injury or trauma of any description, in order to protect the physical system and survive, the body will to isolate the difficulty. Remedial Yoga remedies this by creating an environment of trust and confidence in the body’s own natural well being.

    Our Yoga Pricing Policy

    • Paying for a 6 week term costs €75 and €90 for remedial.
    • NO Drop in for Remedial.
    • Unwaged reduction of 20% for each term.
    • Students can swap between classes to suit their schedule.
    • If students miss any classes they can attend 2 classes during any other week.
    • Any classes missed by the student must be taken within the term.
    • There are no refunds for classes missed.
    • We always hope that we can accommodate any student that has financial difficulty, please talk to us
