Grounded Yoga - Remedial
What is it? A nurturing yet empowering practice, making yoga accessible for all while still building strength and awareness, this class is rooted in gentle Hatha yoga with all postures practiced on the floor. Slow, floor-based sequences blend stretches to release tension, simple strengthening postures, breathwork (pranayama), guided meditation, and a relaxing closing practice. The pace is calm, slow and steady, with plenty of options for different needs.

What is it? Move with intention, refine your practice, and explore both strength and stillness, in an experience that is physically engaging and deeply grounding. This challenging steady, breath-led practice rooted in Hatha yoga combines flowing transitions with held postures, alignment-based instruction, mindful breathwork (pranayama), centering, meditation, and deep relaxation.

Blossom Prenatal Yoga - Pregnancy

What is it? Experience bodily bliss and a sense of calm ahead of welcoming your baby into the world with a blend of Hatha and a slow flow vinyasa which is safe in pregnancy. Gentle stretching and core poses will help alleviate back pain whilst pelvic floor exercises improve and strengthen all the important muscles that support the bladder, bowel and uterus. This is a safe and supportive space where gentle soothing music creates a calm atmosphere to quiet busy minds.

These expertly-tailored classes blend movement, mindfulness, meditation and breathing with a focus on making the physical and mental symptoms of menopause easier to cope with, empowering women and providing balance to daily life.
